If a giant comet (Siding Spring) will hit Mars , Earth will be bombarded with stones and dust

Russian Space Agency (Roscosmos) warned in a confidential report sent to President Putin that the Russian space defense should be activated immediately, as there is a real danger that the new discovered comet C/2013 A1 (Siding Spring) simply strike Mars. This comet was discovered on January 3, 2013 Space Siding Spring Observatory in Australia and since then, it is closely monitored. American scientists are carefully monitoring Comet planet Mars, which, it seems on October 19, 2014 at 18:45 GMT will be just 117,000 miles away from the red planet surface, much closer than originally expected.

But there are indications that C/2013 A1 (Siding Spring) could hit even Mars. Richard Zurek, chief scientist of NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory's (JPL) in the Office of Mars and project coordinator of the spacecraft Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (MRO) has warned that if there is an impact between the comet and the planet Mars It will be a destructive, and therefore "we will have to think about what precautions we should take."

So, an official NASA acknowledges that there may be an impact between the comet and the red planet! Comet Siding Spring has a huge diameter (50 kilometers) and if she would collapse on Mars, impact energy would be 20 billion megatons, leaving a huge crater measuring 540 km in diameter.

But the biggest danger for Earth (and who spoke Russian agency Roscosmos) would be that huge debris resulting from the impact would be ejected into space and could intersect our orbit. Therefore, the Earth would be bombarded by this dust and rocks from Mars! If we got through comet ISON the end of this year to the end of next year (2014) we must take into account the cosmic event.
